Below is information on the Assumption and Assignment of Student Housing Agreements:

Please take notice that:  Housing Agreement Counterparties who request and receive a Class 4 Ballot to vote on the Combined Disclosure Statement and Plan will be Releasing Parties (as defined in the Combined Disclosure Statement and Plan) if they (a) do not return the Ballot; (b) return the ballot but do not check the opt out box; or (c) do not object to the third party releases included in the Combined Disclosure Statement and Plan.

December 1, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. (Prevailing Eastern Time):  Deadline to object to (i) the assumption and assignment of any Housing Agreement, and (ii) the Board of Regent's ability to provide adequate assurance of furture performance under the Housing Agreements. 

December 11, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. (Prevailing Eastern Time):  Hearing to consider final approval and confirmation of the Combined Disclosure Statement and Plan, including the approval of the (i) assumption and assignment of the Housing Agreements, (ii) applicable Cure Obligations related thereto, and (iii) if necessary, the Board of Regent's adequate assurance of future performance under the Housing Agreements. 

January 9, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (Prevailing Eastern Time):  Deadline to file claim relating to Housing Agreement.
