Archdiocese of New Orleans Bankruptcy
Information Regarding Non-Abuse Claims Against the Catholic Entities: If you had a personal injury (like a slip-and-fall, asbestos exposure, or another injury), or if your property was damaged by one of the Catholic Entities, you may still be able to pursue a claim, but you have to file a valid claim form by the deadline.
If you are a Claimant who holds a trade claim or other unsecured claim that is not a personal injury or property damage claim against the Additional Debtors, you do not need to take any further action. Your claim will be paid in full under the Joint Plan without any further action needed on your part.
